Stains Were Gone
I left two blazer jackets with Ultra Cleaners, one of which is white and had some stains that previous drycleaners had not been able to get out. When I got it back, I saw the red warning sticker on it telling me that some stains could not be removed without damaging the garment. This was not unexpected, and I didn't mind. When I got it out of its bag, all the previous stains were gone, and I had no idea what stains they were talking about. I looked under a pretty bright light. My jacket looked new! The owners were really lovely and the price was what I expected. I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks!
